Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to manage end-to-end coordination between design, production, and quality departments. The role demands responsibility for document verification, drawing clarification, in-process inspections, and inter-department coordination for efficient production and compliance. This position is key to ensuring timely and accurate flow of technical documentation and quality assurance during panel manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:
Production File Management:
Release new job files to production after verifying all necessary documents such as GA, SLD, DBR, BOM, Job Card, Control Drawing, and QAP.
Design Coordination:
Submit GA drawings to the 3D Design team with door cutting sizes.
Provide clarifications to the 3D Design team if there are any drawing-related doubts.
Coordinate with 2D designers for control drawing clarification.
BOM & Purchase Coordination:
Cross-check job cards with drawings.
Prepare accurate BOMs and submit to the purchase team for required material procurement or replacements.
Inter-Department Coordination:
Liaise with other departments to prepare and verify name plate lists.
Ensure rework material is submitted to the main store after rechecking.
Testing Support:
Coordinate with the Testing Team to ensure all quality checkpoints are addressed during panel testing.
Quality Assurance & In-Process Checks:
Coordinate with the Quality Engineer for in-process QC of CRCA sheets, busbar inspections, and quality documentation.
Work with the Painting Supervisor for document verification of 11-tank chemical treatment and powder coating.
Liaise with Production Supervisor to ensure busbar and wiring work is properly classified and followed.
Ongoing Quality Control:
Conduct in-process QC of panels across departments and record rectification points.
Prepare inspection documents for panel testing, compile reports, and ensure marking and modification records are maintained.
Scan and maintain digital and physical records of all inspection-related documentation.


Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of electrical panel manufacturing processes
Ability to interpret technical drawings (GA, SLD, DBR, etc.)
Experience in BOM preparation and job card handling
Quality documentation and inspection reporting
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and document handling systems


Preferred Qualifications:
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field
Prior experience in control panel production or quality assurance roles

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the entire production cycle of electrical control panels. This role demands end-to-end ownership—from order initiation to final dispatch. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in control panel manufacturing and strong leadership skills to manage resources, timelines, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of each job/order from initiation to dispatch.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines.
• Review order specifications, BOMs, and drawings to ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate manpower planning in close liaison with departmental managers to ensure timely and efficient execution of production activities in alignment with project timelines..
• Supervise panel fabrication, wiring, testing, and final assembly processes.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards throughout all stages of production.
• Liaise with Design, Purchase, Store, and QA teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor progress, update production status, and report to management regularly.
• Ensure timely dispatch of panels as per delivery schedules.
• Maintain documentation and records for audits and internal tracking.
• Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping protocols on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision of LT/HT electrical panels.
• Strong understanding of panel design, fabrication, wiring, and testing processes.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and BOMs.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Design and execute SCADA projects in Power/Water & HVAC/Buildings
Work on SCADA & work with protocols -RS485 Modbus or Bacnet
Manage sites by providing cabling plans & troubleshooting issues
Provide pre-sales technical support
Must be comfortable to travel
