Job Title: Logistics Coordinator – Electrical Panels Division
Location: Khushkhera Works, Rajasthan
Department: Dispatch & Logistics

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the complete inward & outward material
movement and dispatch activities of Electrical Control Panels including HT VCB Panels, LT Panels, and Compact
Substations (CSS). The candidate will be responsible for safe loading/unloading, transport coordination,
packaging supervision, and dispatch documentation to ensure safe and timely delivery of panels to project sites
without transit damage.

Material Movement Management:

  • Manage all inward & outward material loading/unloading activities at works.
  • Supervise material inward/outward process from store to dispatch bay.
  • Ensure proper shifting of panels from production area to dispatch area.

Logistics & Transport Coordination:

  • Arrange trucks/transport vehicles for dispatch as per project schedule.
  • Liaison with transporters for vehicle availability & placement.
  • Coordinate with transporter for timely vehicle reporting.
  • Liaison with client/site personnel for unloading arrangements at site (if required).
  • Track dispatched material till site delivery.

Packaging & Loading Supervision:

  • Ensure proper packaging of HT/LT Panels & CSS before dispatch.
  • Ensure correct loading methodology of HT VCB Panels, LT PCC/MCC Panels and Compact Substations (CSS).
  • Ensure proper tie-down & lashing of panels on truck to avoid transit damage.
  • Verify panel stability during loading for long route dispatch.

Crane & Labor Handling:

  • Supervise crane operation during loading/unloading of panels.
  • Coordinate with crane operator for safe lifting practices.
  • Manage labor team for loading/unloading work.
  • Ensure proper manpower deployment during dispatch activities.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

  • Maintain proper inward/outward material records.
  • Prepare dispatch documents including Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Packing Lists, Transport Details.
  • Maintain dispatch logs & material movement registers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of returned/rejected material (if any).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing industry dispatch/logistics.
  • Experience in handling heavy electrical equipment dispatch preferred.
  • Knowledge of crane handling & material lifting safety.
  • Familiarity with panel packaging standards.
  • Experience in labor team supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HT/LT Panel / CSS handling.
  • Understanding of site unloading challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of transport documentation.
  • Good coordination & team handling skills.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Head to lead our Service & Site Execution team for HT/LT
Electrical Control Panels. The candidate will be responsible for complete management of field services including
commissioning, troubleshooting, retrofitting, audits, and after-sales support for electrical panels across various
project sites. This role involves coordination between internal production, design teams, and client-side project
teams to ensure smooth execution of site activities and timely resolution of technical complaints.


Technical & Execution Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the complete Service & Commissioning activities at project sites.
  • Handle all customer complaints, breakdowns, warranty services, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Execute and supervise panel commissioning, retrofitting and modification works.
  • Conduct site wiring & interlocking checks.
  • Support Busbar & Assembly inspection at site.
  • Testing & Functional audits at site.
  • Execute FAT/SAT and attend client inspections when required.
  • Ensure timely closure of service calls with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Maintain service records, commissioning reports, and performance logs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, QA/QC) for resolution of site issues.

Team Management & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Service Engineers & Technicians.
  • Plan and depute service engineers for site activities based on project priority & urgency.
  • Allocate manpower for commissioning, shutdown & complaint handling jobs.
  • Monitor team productivity and service response timelines.
  • Guide junior engineers during complex commissioning & troubleshooting tasks.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and technical knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Ensure discipline in reporting, documentation & site execution protocols.
  • Handle customer communication during critical breakdowns or shutdowns.
  • Manage multiple sites simultaneously through effective team coordination.

Technical Competencies Required:

  • Commissioning of CSS (Compact Substations).
  • Commissioning of HT VCB Panels (11kV / 33kV).
  • Commissioning of LT Panels (PCC / MCC / APFC / Synchronizing Panels etc.).
  • Programming of Numerical Protection Relays (Schneider / Siemens / ABB / Micom etc.).
  • Programming of DG Synchronization Relays.
  • Configuration of Multifunction Meters (MFM).
  • PLC Programming & troubleshooting (basic to intermediate level).
  • VFD Parameterization & commissioning.
  • Electrical Scheme Reading & Interlocking Logic Understanding.
  • Control Wiring Verification & Site Modifications.
  • Knowledge of Relay Coordination & System Integration.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing / Switchgear Industry.
  • Must have experience in team handling & site manpower deployment.
  • Experience in independently managing commissioning teams at multiple sites.
  • Willingness to travel for site commissioning and shutdown works.
    Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to Internal Arc Tested Panels.
  • Knowledge of DG Load Sharing / AMF Systems.
  • Familiarity with SCADA Integration.
  • Strong leadership & communication skills.
